This project adresses debian on small computers used as router, nas, printserver and/or PBX. typically these are based on alix mainboards and look like this. in contrast to voyage, we do not reinvent the wheel and do only work on top of debian (currently lenny).

for now there are only some packages containing configuration file templates, small scripts and hints, as well as kernel-patch packages containing only hardware-specific config yet.

The source repository is located at http://svn.d-labs.de/alx/.

There is an experimental debian repository at http://bin.d-labs.de/~felix/debian containing also some (related) packages. most of the non-keks packages are lenny backports (kernel and modules, asterisk, wlan-firmware helpers, udev...)

note to self: when using a fritzbox as dslmodem, it is necessary to disable the ((((painfully) extremely) very) stupid) firewall, as it breaks dns and makes things awfully slow.

more useful resources (kernels and .config) might be available at Martins site.
